Akhil Akkineni is set to begin his new film's shoot on the same day his disastrous film Agent finally arrives on OTT.
Agent, directed by Surender Reddy, had high expectations before release but ended up as a massive flop due to extremely bad execution and terrible performances.
The word of mouth was so negative that the film couldn't survive even one day at the box office.

Adding to the film's troubles, its OTT release was delayed due to legal issues involving the producer. Now, the film is finally set to stream on Sony LIV from March 14.
Interestingly, Akhil's new project will also kick off on March 14. This upcoming film will be directed by Murali Kishor Abburu, who previously helmed Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha.

Produced under Nagarjuna's Annapurna Studios banner, the film is said to be set against a rural backdrop, with shooting planned around Chittoor.
Murali Kishor's debut film, Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha, was also shot in the Tirupati region, and the director seems to be continuing this sentiment with his second film.

Fans are now eager to see if Akhil can bounce back strongly with this new project after Agent's disappointing run.
