India has been shocked by the news of yet another alleged suicide, merely a few weeks after being rattled by the death of Bangalore-based techie Atul Subhash.

This time, the victim was 40-year-old Puneet Khurana, a man who co-owned 'For God's Cake' bakery and 'Woodbox Cafe' along with his wife Manika Pahwa. Puneet was found dead at his Kalyan Vihar residence on December 31, 2024.

Reports claim that Puneet had ongoing divorce proceedings and business disputes with his wife. His family believes that these incidents, along with ongoing mental harassment from his wife's family led to him taking such an extreme step.

Although the incident is currently under investigation by the police, the victim's sister has come forward to claim the presence of a 59-minute video by the victim, documenting his torment.

Social media users have been shaken by this incident, especially due to its closeness to the Atul Subhash case, both in time and mannerisms. One user said, "Another heartbreaking incident. When will we start taking mental health seriously? #PuneetKhurana"
