Both Dhanunjaya Reddy and Krishnamohan Reddy filed a petition for anticipatory bail in the Supreme Court. But the petition was dismissed.
In the past, they approached the High Court, but did not get any respite.
After playing hide & seek with SIT, Dhanunjaya Reddy and Krishnamohan Reddy appeared before SIT. They are being interrogated for three days now. Though the duo claimed they were wrongly accused based on other people's allegation, they later started answering SIT questions after being shown proofs.
Dhanunjaya Reddy and Krishnamohan Reddy along with already arrested Govindappa Balaji played a critical role in deciding and collecting kickbacks, deciding the percentage of kickbacks and diverting the money to shell companies abroad, SIT found.

The interrogation will go on for 10-11 hours on Friday and the arrests will be made post that. Already, SIT has taken possession of the phones of Dhanunjaya Reddy and Krishnamohan Reddy.
