It is known that the bail petition of Sajjala Bhargav Reddy was dismissed by the Apex Court. It said those making obscene social media comments must know that they will not go unpunished.
Sajjala Bhargav Reddy who was the social media in-charge of YSRCP during Jagan's time, put up obscene posts against Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan and Minister Nara Lokesh.
Though he was supposed to appear at 3 pm on Wednesday, Sajjala appeared early and did not give any substantial information.

Like in other cases, after giving notices, Sajjala junior might get arrested for the reckless way in which he used social media to post offensive matter against senior TDP leaders.
His arrest, when it happens, will make other social media users to be careful about the consequences of misusing such a powerful medium.
