A case has been filed by Srisatyasai district's Ramagiri police on YSRCP ex MLA Thopudurthi Prakash Reddy.
It is known that people pushed each other near the helicopter when YSRCP head Jagan visited Papireddypalle to console the family of Lingamaiah.
At that time, some YSRCP members hit the police with stones.

Some of the police were injured in the incident. An injured constable filed a case on Thopudurthi on Thursday saying the guidelines given out by the police were not followed by the ex MLA.
He further said in his complaint that even before Jagan came out of the helicopter, people came pushing towards it. Following that they hit the helicopter, the constable said.

He said Thopudurthi made instigating comments on the helipad leading to the chaos. On the other hand, Thopudurthi tried to project it as a failure on the part of police to provide security, the constable further said in his complaint.
