When CM Chandrababu visits districts, he uses a helicopter owned by the GMR Group. As the helicopter is developing technical snags on a regular basis, the higher officials are concerned about it.
Union Minister Piyush Goyal reached Amaravati today on a two-day visit. He used the same chopper to fly from Amaravati to Tirupati. It was decided that he will fly from Tirupati to Krishnapatnam port in the same helicopter.
However, after Piyush Goyal boarded the flight, the chopper developed technical glitch. Following this, the Minister cancelled Krishnapatnam trip.

As the helicopter is developing glitches on a regular basis, should they use the helicopter or not has become a talking point among CM's officers. DGP Harishkumar Gupta has issued orders to the intelligence chief to provide a comprehensive report at the earliest.
