CM Chandrababu cited Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan as an example of effective governance. He said that although Pawan Kalyan entered politics from films, he faced struggles in public life and learned governance through experience and responsibility.
Chandrababu said the government fulfilled the long standing dream of DSC aspirants by providing jobs. Instead of appreciation, they faced cases and petitions from the High Court to the Supreme Court. After resolving 31 cases, jobs were given, bringing relief to the beneficiaries. DSC aspirants and other unemployed youth by providing jobs.
He said similar challenges arose earlier during DSC recruitments. Writs and petitions were cleared and appointments were completed. During a meeting attended by the Deputy CM, a newly appointed constable shared his happiness but raised a concern about the lack of a road in his village.
The constable, Babu Rao, requested road construction. Since the Deputy CM handled Panchayati Raj, Chandrababu directed him to approach Pawan Kalyan. The Deputy CM immediately contacted officials and confirmed the road cost at Rs 3.9 crores, which was announced at the meeting.
Chandrababu said this reflected responsive governance. He urged Collectors to use the state administration effectively and adopt proactive governance. He added that investments did not arrive by chance but through sustained effort and performance.
He recalled how HR Minister Lokesh held early discussions with Google in the US. When the company planned India investments, Andhra Pradesh stood out due to policy clarity, green energy focus and cost effective power. Chandrababu said the $15 billion investment showed the government's commitment and performance.
