Chevireddy told the officials that he will not answer their questions. It has already been reported that Chevireddy was arrested in Bengaluru on Tuesday.
He was interrogated by SIT at their Vijayawada office on Wednesday.
They started with primary investigation and asked Chevireddy where he hid the money that Raj Kasireddy and cronies sent to him. They also asked him to whom he sent the money to during elections and in which areas.
The SIT officials asked him who gave directions for the kickback money to reach him. For this, Chevireddy is said to have given vague answers. It is said that he shouted at SIT Officials saying he was illegally arrested.

Instead of giving answers, Chevireddy is said to have spoken like he was giving political advertisements or speeches.
You cannot speak like this during the interrogation. If you have something to say, say it in the Court. You have that right, the SIT officials countered.

Chevireddy is said to have mellowed down after the warning. The entire episode was captured in CCTVs and the SIT officials presented it before the Court.
