A shocking case has come to light from Shaheed Bhagat Singh Government College in Pipariya, Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh. A peon, Pannalal Patharia, was found evaluating BA Hindi answer sheets meant for university assessment.
He reportedly earned ₹5,000 for this unauthorized task.
According to reports, the work was initially assigned to guest lecturer Khushboo Pagare, who claimed she was unwell. She allegedly gave ₹7,000 to the college's book lifter, Rakesh Mehar, to get the papers evaluated by someone else. Mehar, in turn, paid ₹5,000 to the peon to complete the task.
