The fight between Nayanthara and Dhanush is now public. Nayanthara recently wrote a 3-page open letter targeting Dhanush. In the letter, she accused him of suing her for 10 crores over a 3-second clip from Naanum Rowdy Dhaan.

She said that Dhanush, the film's producer, stopped her from using a BTS clip which was taken from personal devices and was available on social media.

Her letter has caused a stir in the South film industry. Several Tamil actresses have reacted to it. Shruti Haasan, who worked with Dhanush in 3, showed support by liking Nayanthara's post.

Other actresses, including Aishwarya Rajesh, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Anupama Parameswaran, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Manjima Mohan, and Gauri G Kishan, have also backed Nayanthara. Parvathy even shared Nayanthara's post on Instagram.
