Taapsee Pannu has recently shared some pictures from the shooting of her upcoming film, Gandhari. It is an action-thriller helmed by Devashish Makhija.

The latest photos of the actress featured her in a long skirt and red shirt alongside her hair tied in ribbons. Notably, the new project will also mark Taapsee's sixth collaboration with writer Kanika Dhillon.

Despite being a new film, there is hardly any buzz considering Taapsee's overall history in the last few years. After Mission Mangal in 2019, Taapsee has hardly delivered a hit or blockbuster.

Although Dunki was expected to help her bounce back considering that she was joining hands with Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani, the film did not deliver the expected results despite grossing more than Rs. 400 crores.

On the other hand, Kanika Dhillon is also not a talented writer compared to the ones active in the industry.

Kanika had also contributed to Dunki due to which the film's content was not up to the mark compared to Rajkumar's previous films.

Even though it is an action-thriller, Taapsee is not capable of pulling a large crowd to the theatres, specifically in terms of solo films. It seems like Gandhari will also turn out to be a flop in the end.

This also proves that Taapsee should restrict herself to OTT platforms now instead of bringing herself to the big screen. It seems like Taapsee will once again leave the distributors in tears.
