Since it is the joint session of both the houses, Jagan Mohan Reddy was seated in the Block XII.

If we count the MLAs and MLCs seated in that block, there are just eleven of them.

Meanwhile, Jagan had decided to boycott the Assembly for the remainder of the session citing that the government is stifling the voices of the Opposition by denying the LoP Status.

After the conclusion of the Governor's address, the house got adjourned and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan spoke to the media at the Assembly Media Point.

"YSR Congress should mentally prepare themselves that they will not get the Opposition Status in the next five years. That is because the people denied. They can not be given it, even if Chandrababu Naidu Garu or myself wants to give. They could have got it if they at least got one seat more than Janasena," Pawan Kalyan said.
