The idea of Lokesh is to promote holistic development of children. To make this a reality, he had earlier introduced No Bag day on every third Saturday.

Now he has taken the next step to make every Saturday No Bag day. He says they will organize quizzes, debates on contentious issues, sports and other extra-curricular activities. He says being from a CBSE background, he understands the need of play-time in schools in the form of sports activities.
His focus is on well-rounded development of children so that they become world-class citizens once they grow up. Lokesh is striving to make 'Andhra Model Education', a national benchmark.
