Milap Zaveri appeared for a conversation with Siddharth Kanan recently, where he addressed the ups and downs of his career alongside the experience of working in Rohit Shetty's Singham Again.

He first praised Rohit for showing faith in his work. He called the latter a genius, adding that he always appreciates anyone irrespective of whether the individual is up or down.

Notably, Zaveri has penned the dialogues for Singham Again. He said that even Arjun Kapoor was going through a similar phase with several flops in the last few years and Rohit was the one who gave the actor a chance to appear in the upcoming installment of the Cop Universe.

Milap mentioned that people will understand he was right about Rohit when the film arrives on the big screen this Friday. Milap also stated that Rohit is respected by his crew members and treats Arjun like a family member.

Milap recalled his experience of working with a team of talented writers such as Yunus Sajawal, saying that all of them listened to him when he presented his dialogues.

Zaveri additionally opened up on the aftermath of Satyameva Jayate 2's failure, saying that John Abraham did not speak to him for a long time. However, the duo eventually met each other at one point, with John promising that they would collaborate again for another film.

Milap said that while they were shooting, John had certain issues with the film due to which he had to convince the actor in some situations. He said in the end that even though the film did not work, Monisha Advani remains one of his closest friends.
