With only a few days left before the release, SJ Suryah has been promoting the movie by giving interviews on popular YouTube channels.
Vishal's Pathetic Condition: DIR Responsible?
In one of his recent interviews, SJ Suryah revealed details about the budget of Game Changer, which have now gone viral.
SJ Suryah stated that Game Changer was made with a budget of around ₹400 crores, with nearly ₹75 crores spent solely on the songs.
This revelation sparked criticism on social media, with many questioning Shankar's approach. Some compared it to Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar's Enthiran 2.0, a 3D movie with numerous jaw-dropping scenes, made on a budget of ₹545 crores.
Critics argued that Game Changer, being a mass commercial movie, does not require such a hefty production cost.
Thalapathy Vijay's GOAT was nonsense.
While high budgets are justified for visually demanding films, spending ₹400 crores on a mass entertainer seems excessive.
Many believe Shankar is misusing his brand value to justify the expenditure.
Nevertheless, Game Changer is now complete and ready for release.
It remains to be seen whether the movie lives up to audience expectations and what Shankar and Ram Charan deliver on January 10th.
