The AP High Court has issued key directions in the Parakamani case. It granted the CID and ACB DGs powers to file an FIR and act as per law.
The Court also asked them to pursue the compromise issue in Lok Adalat proceedings.
The High Court directed the CID and ACB DGs to exchange information to move the case forward. It instructed that the postmortem report of ex TTD AVSO Satish must be submitted in a sealed cover to the registrar judicial for review.
The Court also ordered that relevant information should be shared with the IT and the ED. These directions were issued after examining reports submitted by the CID and ACB DGs. The next hearing has been adjourned to December 16.
