To be honest, the audio album didn't fully meet those expectations. While the songs were decent, the album as a whole didn't produce any runaway chartbusters.

These songs kind of reinforced a long-standing perception among some fans - that Keeravani reserves his best work for S.S. Rajamouli and doesn't bring the same magic to other directors' projects.

But once the film was released, that doubt began to fade.

While the songs worked moderately well with the visuals, it was the background score that truly stood out. Keeravani's BGM elevated several key moments, especially in theaters equipped with solid sound systems.

For many fans, the emotional connection they felt during the film had a lot to do with the score. Even tracks that initially felt forgettable found new life when paired with the visuals.

The film has received poor word of mouth, but if there is one redeeming factor in it, it is M.M. Keeravani's BGM.

If people are able to tolerate the film, it's because of Keeravani's work. His background score is the movie's lifeline in a way. Without it, things would have been much harder to sit through.

While initially people thought if Keeravani's music will match the scale of HHVM but after its release it can be safely said that the film failed to match Keeravani's BGM.

Now, all eyes are on Keeravani's next big challenge - Vishwambhara with Chiranjeevi, a mytho-fantasy epic being mounted on an even grander scale.

This project marks Keeravani's return to scoring for Chiranjeevi after more than three decades, following classics like Gharana Mogudu and Apadbhandavudu.

The songs have been a disappointment once again. But what everyone is truly waiting for is the film's background score, which could be crucial in shaping its theatrical impact.

And beyond that lies the real test: S.S. Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu's upcoming pan-India project. Touted to be a globetrotting action-adventure, the film has already sparked sky-high expectations.
