Ex CM Jagan's secretary K Dhananjaya Reddy, PA P Krishnamohan Reddy and Balaji Govindappa approached the High Court. Incidentally, the prosecution asked for some time to submit proofs.
The HC made it clear that it cannot give any orders to protect them from arrests due to prosecution's appeal. The High Court postponed the next hearing to May 7.
The petitioners approached High Court saying those already arrested in liquor scam case gave their names. So, they sought anticipatory bails. However, the HC said that it has to take orders from the government and cannot give bails at this stage.

Meanwhile, as the government is digging deep into the AP liquor scam, Jagan's batch is running scared. It is known that Raj Kasireddy has already been arrested along with his PA in the case.
To make sure the case doesn't come to them, Jagan's batch filed for bail to avoid arrests. But their hopes remain shattered.
