'War 2' has huge anticipation all over India and fans expect it to break multiple box office records. Hrithik is coming back with a banger sequel and NTR Jr's addition makes the movie more hyped.
People expect that War 2 will have a massive opening and be the first Bollywood movie to make 90 crores on a single day of its run.

The first 50-crore single day benchmark is with Aamir's 'Thugs Of Hindostan'. And the first 60 and 70 crore single day records are with Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan' and 'Jawan'.
And Pushpa 2 holds the place of the first movie to make 80 crores on day 1. So naturally there are speculations on which movie can break that record. And War 2 is people's favorite.

If word of mouth goes in favor of the movie, then the sales will be skyrocketed the next day. It will be Independence Day on Day 2 and there is a huge possibility that WAR 2 will cross one hundred crores in two days.

Lokesh Kanagaraj and Rajinikanth's 'Coolie' is also being released on the 14th of August, and it will give a good clash to the movie. The collections in South India can get a little hampered but still it will not have much effect in the Hindi belt.
