The woman, identified as Sirisha, had been married to the victim, Kishan Naik, for eight years. However, their relationship had recently deteriorated, leading Sirisha to start living separately in Hills Colony.
Despite living apart, ongoing conflicts between the couple persisted. According to police sources, Sirisha plotted to kill her husband and invited him to her residence two days ago. Once he arrived, she and two associates allegedly strangled him to death.
After the murder, Sirisha reportedly informed Kishan's family that he had died in an accident.
