Both the young stars shot to fame with IPL - Tilak with Mumbai and Nitish with Hyderabad, and they were both given call-ups to the national team.
Incidentally, both Nitish and Tilak have been largely successful in the Indian cricketing scene, in whatever brief exposure they got. Even last night, Tilak scored a blistering century for India against South Africa and pretty much won the game for India.

On the other hand, Nitish Reddy is turning out to be an extremely efficient all-rounder and he is packing endless potential as well.
The success story of these two Telugu stars in the Indian cricketing scene is naturally bound to encourage more Telugu players to spur out and make a mark for themselves.
