It was depressing to see the home of the world's brightest minds in such a decrepitated state. The 22-year-old YouTuber even called it "the most unsafe place" with all the "zombie-like people walking on the streets."
The blatant disregard from the government is seen on the ground and it seems even the tech companies have abandoned the city. An X user replied to the viral post saying that the startups have shifted to Austin, Texas, and property prices have dropped 90% since 2016.
