Sunny Deol's 'Jaat' got released today and it has shown a wonderful response from small centers.
It is released on the holiday of Mahavir Jayanti and it was expected that the movie would cover at least 10 crores in the opening.
It could earn only 8 crores. It is not a very good collection but not very bad either.

It is still big because the response from single-screen malls and small cities is huge, and that does not happen for Bollywood movies recently.
The acceptance is rather dull in the metro cities and multiplexes that the younger generation of actors mostly caters to. Such a warm response from the small centers has not been managed by any of them.

This is indeed the rise of a hero and the movie can be credited for the 'rebirth' of Hindi cinema. The movie is liked by the masses because of its over-the-top action scenes, whistle worthy dialogues and Sunny Deol's charisma as well.
The villains Randeel Hooda, Vineet Kumar Singh and Regina Cassandra have given wonderful performances too.
