The reason he came for defending Rajampet MP Midhun Reddy is even silly. Jagan asked what Midhun Reddy got to do with Liquor Policy.
"Midhun Reddy is an MP. Our Party's Floor Leader in Lok Sabha. Even his father is not related to Liquor Portfolio. How is he related to this so-called Liquor Scam?," Jagan questioned.

This reason looks totally silly. KCR's daughter MLC Kavitha was arrested in Delhi Liquor Scam and is currently on Bail.
She is not from Delhi. At least she is not from North India. Neither she nor her father is anyway connected to the Delhi Government.

So Midhun Reddy can be named or even get arrested in the Liquor Scam even though he is an MP and his father is not related to that portfolio.
Former MP Vijayasai Reddy gave a statement to the SIT that Mithun Reddy and Sajjala Sridhar Reddy approached him to arrange a funding for Liquor Portfolio.
Sajjala Sridhar Reddy is already arrested and Mithun Reddy maybe arrested soon.
Jagan Mohan Reddy tried to act smart by dissociating with Sai Reddy calling him a Rogue MP. But his arguments in this issue are feeble.
