The case came for hearing on Thursday. The counsel on Vijay Devarakonda's side argued that the actor apologized on social media. He also pointed out that a case was filed two months after the incident which showed malicious intent.
However, the complainants' side argued that social media apology does not count.
Vijay Devarakonda had filed a petition in Telangana High Court asking to quash the case. The Court heard both sides on Thursday and postponed the judgement to a further date.
