Suriya's Kanguva, which was released with huge expectations in theatres on November 14th, has acquired a negative response from the audience and ended up as an ultra disaster.
In this scenario, in a recent interview the co-producer of the Kanguva movie, G. Dhananjayan opened up that two fan bases of popular actors of Kollywood and also two political parties worked against the Kanguva movie during its release.

Also, he mentioned that the two political parties were with vengeance against Suriya and had done paid negative review campaigns on social media and also through public reviews on YouTube channels.
For the sound issues in the movie, G. Dhananjayan has said that in some movies, the directors wanted to increase the sound in the movie, which worked some of the time, but it didn't work for Kanguva.

For this, now many audiences on social media were responding that, if the movie was good, then even negative campaigns won't affect the box office collections of the movie and won't stop the general audience from bringing it to theatres.
