There seems to be no pause from Telangana Jagruthi president Kavitha, who continues speaking about BRS leaders even after leaving the party.
This time, she targeted Mallareddy, head of Mallareddy Educational Institutions. She said he once sold flowers and milk in Medchal, later grabbed large areas of land, became a BRS minister, and is now an MLA, yet failed to serve the people.
Kavitha addressed the Janam Baata programme in Jawaharnagar, Medchal. She visited the dumping yard, met residents of Ambedkarnagar basti, and discussed farmer issues in Lakshmapur under Muduchintalapalli municipality.
She said Mallareddy speaks of Medchal's development, but she found no drinking water, roads, schools or hospitals for locals. She said he failed to provide basic public facilities. She added that the area lacks inter and degree colleges, and that this pushes youth towards drugs.
Kavitha said problems increased under Congress rule. GO 58 and GO 59 were passed for land regularisation, but no registrations happened till now. She questioned how lands of the former mayor and Mallareddy's family got registered. She said she is ready to approach the Supreme Court over it.
Later, she met farmers in Lakshmapur.
