BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha made her first political tweet three months after being released from jail. She questioned the BJP government's silence on Adani's issue.
Kavitha said that BJP propagates Akhand Bharat but delivers selective justice. She tweeted, "They propagate Akhand Bharat but deliver Selective Justice! Political opponents are arrested without evidence and put on trial for months, while Mr Gautam Adani walks free despite repeated and grave allegations. What's stopping the Union Govt from acting?"

She questioned whether there are two standards of justice in this Akhand Bharat, one for women and another for Adani. "Is it so easy to arrest a woman without evidence, yet so difficult to act against Adani even when evidence exists? Despite countless allegations, why does the Prime Minister continue to stand by Adani?" Kavitha asked.
Kavitha has been staying away from the limelight after getting released from the Tihar Jail in August this year. She was arrested in March for her alleged involvement in the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam. She was released after serving six months of jail term.

Now, after a long break from mainstream media, Kavitha has today raised her voice against the union government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for being silent on the Adani issue.
It is already known that a case has been filed against billionaire Gautam Adani for allegedly offering bribes of over $250 million to secure solar energy contracts.
