Going by her Press Meet today, it appears like her strategy will be very similar to that of Sharmila's.

Kavitha will say her father is God and her brother is a demon.

In doing so, Kavitha wants to attract the cult of KCR in support of her.

That is exactly the strategy of Sharmila.

But then, the strategies appear so similar, but they are not actually.

YSR is no more. Even his Political Opponents do not criticize YSR so as to respect the dead.

That is the reason why the Chandrababu Naidu Government renamed YSR District as YSR Kadapa District but not as Kadapa district.

So, that strategy worked for Sharmila.

But that is not the case with Kavitha. KCR is alive and active in Politics. Unlike YSR, KCR is likely to choose between his son and daughter, and that will not be good news for Kavitha.

Kavitha do not have her mother as an active politician to back her like how Vijaya Lakshmi did for Sharmila.

So, even though their strategies look similar. Kavitha's road is going to be very rough.
