Kethireddy Guest House Land Belongs to Govt

The AP government has identified YSRCP leader, Dharmavaram ex MLA Kethireddy's guest house lands belong to the government. Kethireddy had constructed his guest house on Gurralakonda in Dharmavaram.

In the past, Kethireddy Venkatarami Reddy had claimed that the land did not belong to the government. Meanwhile, the officials have identified that 2.5 acres of assigned land was registered in the name of his family members.

The issue has been going on for some time now. If one goes back a little, G Suryanarayana popularly known as Varadapuram Suri had raised the issue and demanded a CBI probe into the dispropotionate assets of Kethireddy in 2022.

Suri had complained that Kethireddy owned cars worth Rs 5 crore, 10 horses, three boats and a palatial guest house. Suri alleged that Kethireddy constructed the guest house by occupying 15 acres of Dharmavaram tank and got 25 acres of assigned pattas registered in the name of his brother's wife.

Suri also showed satellite images of the occupied land and demanded a probe. He further alleged that 20 new survey numbers were created for the occupied portions of the tank and land around the guest house.
