Nicole revealed how Kiara did not want to take any shortcuts for her first ever bikini shoot. She followed a strict dietary routine and committed to it for a long time along with an extensive workout routine.
She chose some of Kiara's favourite dishes and made them as healthy as possible. This included protein rich pancakes and sattu chaas for protein intake and grilled chicken curries, asparagus, baby potato and avocado for meals.
She committed herself to long workouts and even when she was in the Europe leg of the schedule she hired local chefs to keep her on track with her diet. Often we do not see the hard work that goes behind a few minutes of camera brilliance but Kiara's confidence and commitment to fitness has inspired her fans too.
