The case of 'kodi-kathi' came for hearing today. The accused Janupally Srinivas was present with his lawyer Abdul Salam. But the one who lodged the complaint YS Jagan was absent.

The case is on at Vizag's NIA court. Seeing that Jagan was not present, the case has been postponed to 21st of February, according to lawyer Salim.
Jagan has been absent to give his version despite filing a complaint and this has miffed the members of Vidasam, Visakha Dalita Sangham.

They said the person who was not present for hearing was defying the court.
Echoing similar sentiments are law experts who are following the matter. As the complainant himself was not showing any interest, YS Jagan should be penalized for wasting the court's time and agencies time.

At the time of kodi-kathi incident, Jagan had alleged the involvement of opposition party and said that a deliberate attempt was made on his life.
But three years down the line, Jagan seems to be least interested in the case. The law experts feel it's time the case is struck down.
