In what is trending now, Sharma said KTR will be arrested by evening. Till now, the High Court had given a no arrest guideline to ACB and ED that kept KTR out of jail.
Already, KTR drove back from ACB office after giving a written statement yesterday and he was given fresh notices. He is expected to present himself before ACB on Jan 9. But now, the High Court has struck down KTR's quash petition.

Right now, the no arrest clause no longer applies to KTR and chances are strong that he will be arrested anytime today evening.
Sharma said KTR had protection till 10.30 am today. But now he can be taken into custody as his quash petition has been struck down.

The High Court Advocate said that daily 1000 quash petitions are submitted in police stations but none involve ACB. Sharma pointed out that KTR took a wrong step by not seeking anticipatory bail.
Now, the ACB and police have the right to go to KTR's house and arrest him, clarified Sharma. When asked about KTR approaching Supreme Court, Sharma said KTR could approach for anticipatory bail or not for arrest, but there was a caveat here.
Sharma added that for KTR to go to the Apex Court, he has to first get a copy of the reasons due to which his petition was dismissed in High Court.
But before KTR or his legal team approach the Supreme Court, his arrest seems imminent said Advocate Sharma.
