Lokesh Kanagaraj has now put a full stop to this, as hospital procedure was previously planned, and Rajinikanth himself informed us about this 40 days before shooting, as per procedure, his portion in the first schedule was completed on 28th September, and then he was admitted to the hospital as per planned on September 30th.
