Staying true to the promise he made during the Padayatra and election campaign, Nara Lokesh is giving Land Titles to the Poor who have been living in unregularized houses for many decades.

Forget CBN Not Giving, Jagan Does Not Want Opp Status

In the first trench, Lokesh has regularized and is giving away Land Pattas for Land worth 1000 Crore in Market Value.

This land regularization was very tough for the Government as three kinds of land were involved. While some lands are easy to regularize, there are railway, endowment, and forest lands involved as well.

The last three types of lands are very difficult due to the various processes and rules involved.

Lokesh promised to regularize the easy lands in the first year, but he is doing that in less than nine months of coming to power. The Regularization of other difficult lands is also ahead of the promised schedule.

Out of the 4000 lands promised, 3,000 lands are now being regularized.

The beneficiaries can register the lands using these Pattas, and they can sell the lands if needed in two years.

The Pattas distribution is planned for five days, and the distribution is happening on the third day now.

On the first day, the Pattas were distributed to about 540 families, 546 families on the second day, and 624 families today, the third day. The Program is designed in a very unique manner so that people recognize the Good deeds Lokesh is doing for them.

Usually, the Government Programs are held in such a way that the Chief Guest, usually the Chief Minister or the Ministers, distributes a few Pattas and they go back.

The remaining Pattas are distributed by the local leaders or the officials.

But then, Lokesh chose to distribute all of them on his own hands.

Every beneficiary woman was given a saree, bangles, turmeric, and saffron, and her husband was given pants and a shirt.

The program was held from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for the three days, and Lokesh stood patiently throughout the entire time, greeting everyone affectionately and handing out the Pattas.

The beneficiaries of 2-3 Villages were given Pattas on each day. Since the program has been happening for five days, there is a festive atmosphere in the constituent,y and people are continuously talking about Lokesh and his work.

This is a very good move when compared to having the program and wrapping it up in a single day. The Media coverage is also extended for five days.

This is a very neatly planned and executed program that will enhance Lokesh's image further in Mangalagiri.
