M9 Host, Journalist Nishant started the discussion about Maruthi's recent viral speech at a Pre-release function where he came down heavily about filmmakers resorted to cheap tricks to garner attention before the film releases.

"A good film is a like a good-looking woman. No matter if it is a small film or big film, it will never go unnoticed. It will grab the attention of the people automatically. We do not need such cheap tricks," Maruthi said.

He said the movie shooting is completed except for songs and fight. He also added the work is underway for the film's trailer and refused to comment if it will be attached to Kantara.

Maruthi also hyped up about the Intro song of the film which will begin shoot very soon.

"I am so hungry like the fans that I got Prem Rakshit Master onboard for the song. He is extremely busy. I requested him a lot and brought him onboard. He is doing a song like this after a long time. If the fans have hunger individually. My hunger is the collective hunger of Lakhs of fans. It will show up on the screen," Maruthi told.
