India has signed a big deal with the US to buy 31 advanced Predator drones for about $4 billion. These drones are known for their long flight times and high altitude capabilities, and they will help strengthen India's military power, especially along its borders with China and Pakistan.

They will also enhance India's ability to monitor the Indian Ocean Region, an area of growing strategic importance.
