Coming to other films, Vijay Deverakonda was expected to add a hit to his list considering that he collaborated with his old friend Parasuram for The Family Star after Geetha Govindam.

Unfortunately, the former's writing and direction was heavily panned.

Prabhas, who has become a popular face in North India after Baahubali was supposed to impress everyone with Adipurush.

The mythological drama was already being slammed on social media for the poor VFX in the first teaser. While the trailer was considered an improvement by a few, the film was criticized for adding a modern touch through dialogues and screenplay.

Despite having a strong opening, Adipurush was also the subject of trolls on different platforms.

There were heavy expectations from Venkatesh's Saindhav since the trailer hinted towards bringing something unique. However, critics disliked the script and direction, leading to its failure.

The response was similar to Mammooty's Turbo, which could not attract the masses despite featuring a similar concept. Notably, critical reviews were mixed, with some praising it despite having a predictable screenplay.

But if we look at the reviews of Martin, the above-mentioned films are seemingly nothing in front of the action drama, which will emerge as one of the most bashed films once it releases on OTT.
