It has been announced that 'Squid Game' will have a third season soon. The highly anticipated second season of the show was a huge disappointment and could not put up with the expectations of people.

The season had only seven episodes and ended abruptly with a cliffhanger. When audiences speculated that there might be a surprise episode that clears up the mess, it was announced that another season will be coming.

But it will not make fans wait for this long and will premiere in 2025 itself. Lee Jung-jae, the lead actor had said, "The end of Season 2 is going to make people more curious about what Gi-hun will do in the game now that this traumatic event has happened to him."

The third season will be dealing with what Gi-hun goes on to do after this incident of getting his best friend killed. But will it be a disaster too?

If the makers go on with a money making mindset and try to cash in from such a successful franchise without coming up with an actually good story, audiences are going to lose their patience. Also this little time is perhaps not enough for a third season and they should take more time to have a proper script.
