The reports say the SIT mentioned 41 accused in the Chargesheet but kept the A41 vacant.
There are speculations that Jagan Mohan Reddy will be the A41 in this case.
The SIT would not go to the extent of arresting an MP without incriminating evidence in a case.
If there is such evidence, it would not stop with Midhun Reddy.
In all probability, this case will also end up with Jagan, as it is impossible to do a scam of this magnitude without the knowledge/involvement of the Chief Minister.
Meanwhile, the SIT also served notices to Former Minister Narayana Swamy to attend before them.
Narayana Swamy was the Excise Minister during Jagan's regime.
Notices were issued asking him to appear for questioning at 10 am on the 21st of this month (Monday).
Former MP Vijaysai Reddy is also one of the accused in this case but it appears like he maybe used as the Approver in this case.
There are enough indications already that Sai Reddy has turned against Jagan. In such a case, it will be deep trouble.
