The unnamed individual claims to be an MS graduate from Frankfurt and used to work in Mindtree. After losing both his parents and long-term girlfriend he seems to have suffered a psychological trauma, which was apparent from his odd behavior.

Social media users were touched by the video and some even offered financial aid. One even pointed out that from his haircut and beard, it seems the trauma was not long ago, giving hope for him to return to a normal life if given the right support.
