Nayanthara, in a recent interview, trashed the popular YouTube channel Valaipechu and referred to the YouTubers as monkeys; this has been the talk of the town for the past two days.
In response, today Valaipechu posted a reply video addressing Nayanthara's comments. They clarified that while Nayanthara claimed they always spoke negatively about her for money, they had only discussed her 4 to 5 times in recent months, and each time it was about her movie updates, not anything negative.

They also mentioned that they didn't have any personal vengeance against Nayanthara or Vignesh Shivan, but Nayanthara, in the interview, body-shamed them as monkeys. They pointed out that she has gone through a lot of body-shaming during her initial days, yet without considering that, she spoke those words.
Even during the Nayanthara vs. Dhanush controversy, Vignesh Shivan asked them to meet him at his office, but they took their stand supporting Dhanush during the controversy, so they felt it wouldn't be appropriate to meet Vignesh Shivan at that time, says Valaipechu.

It seems Valaipechu's reply to Nayanthara was quite weak, even though she had caused them significant damage. Nevertheless, they offered a respectful response. This has led people on social media to comment that while Valaipechu showed respect for Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan, Nayanthara herself seems to lack respect for others.
