Nayanthara and Dhanush have been making several headlines over the past month after their striking controversy. Their dispute started after Nayanthara used a three-second clip from her and Dhanush's film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan in her documentary.

Nayanthara recently talked about how she dragged Vignesh into the relationship opening the door for numerous trolls and insults for the renowned filmmaker.

She also admitted that she feels guilty for taking the first step in her relationship and if it was not for her, Vignesh would never have faced unnecessary hate from the viewers.

During a recent interview, Nayanthara stated "Sometimes, I feel that it would've been better if we were not together. I always feel guilty." She further added "Even today I feel guilty. I dragged him into this relationship not dragged him, but I took the first step."

She also stated that the hate might be due to Vignesh not giving back-to-back hits but the most probable issue might be her relationship with the filmmaker.

Nevertheless, Nayanthara's remarks have sparked huge controversies regarding her marriage. Vignesh and Nayanthara tied the knot on June 9, 2022, which was documented on Netflix's recent documentary Nayanthara: Beyond the Dreams.
