A loyal user of Netflix recently voiced on X allegedly accusing Netflix India for its controversial household policy which restricts streaming access.
The complaint is not only a mere tweet showing it came alongside a screenshot which shows: "Your device is not part of the Netflix Household for this account," despite the user claiming they are the part of the household.
This incident sheds light on the growing problem with the household policy which Netflix has.

The policy is made to put an end to password sharing, the policy uses IP addresses and devices, but what if someone from the family is far away the tracker is counting it as a different device and restricting their account unfairly.
The post further suggests Netflix as a warning that, "Soon due to your pathetic policy, trying to be clever to customers, you're gonna face losses when even after paying, this happens."
What was once used to be a user-friendly platform is now starting to feel rigid and exclusive to some loyal subscribers only.
