Nara Lokesh and Bhuneswari paid their respects to NTR at NTR Ghat in Hyderabad on the occassion of his death anniversary.
Nara Lokesh said they are expecting a Bharat Ratna for NTR. He said Chandrababu Naidu would be requesting the Center about it.

Lokesh reminded that NTR brought about many changes like Rs 2 kilo rice, equal rights in property for women and others. NTR was a national leader, pointed out Lokesh. NTR is not just a name, but a huge force, said Lokesh.
He said they were expecting that NTR would surely be conferred with the title of Bharat Ratna.

Lokesh further added that he and his party would strive for the betterment of Telugu people around the world. He then spoke of the party's revival in Telangana.
The HRD minister of AP said that they would soon roll out a plan of action for party activities in Telangana.

He said he was proud of getting 1 crore membership for TDP. About 1.60 lakh people from Telangana joined TDP, shared Lokesh.
