But even with NTR-Neel film being the dream project of Neel and a coming together of mass talents, there isn't quite the same degree of optimism on this film.

It is a hard fact that it is too early to generate substantial hype. But one would associate at least talking points on the project from the outset. Even on this front, it needs to be said that this project is failing to create as much fanfare.

Now the natural expectation is that the film will progressively gain momentum and hype once the promotional material starts to come out. This could be the only logical explanation henceforth for a mega project like this one.
