YSRCP member, actor-writer Posani Krishna Murali has been given to one day custody to CID. The Court has agreed to give custody of Posani to CID police.

Till Tuesaday morning, Posani was in remand in Guntur jail in CID case. So, the CID took the custody of Posani from the district jail. The police will be questioning Posani from 10am to 5pm on Tuesday.
It is known that the CID filed a case based on offensive language used by Posani during a press conference. Meanwhile, the hearing of his bail petition in Guntur Court will be heard today.
CID Officials Take Pictures With Posani, Draw Flak
On Monday, the CID filed a petition seeking custody of Posani. The Court allowed for one-day custody and the CID took the custody of Posani from Guntur district jail.
Initially, he was taken to Guntur General Hospital where medical tests were conducted. Then he was moved to CID's regional office. They will interrogate him till 5pm today.
No Cabinet Berth for Vijayashanti?
In the past, Posani showed a picture of Chandrababu holding the legs of Prime Minister Modi and made unnecessary and offensive comments on AP CM, in a press meet organized by him.
Based on this, Ponnuru Telugu Yuvatha leader Vamsi filed a case on Posani with CID police. Posani is in remand with regards to the case.
During the interrogation, the CID will be asking who made the picture, if Posani himself made it and presented to the media or did someone make it and gave it to him and asked him to organize a press meet.
