The Jubilee Hills by-election has turned into a decisive contest for all major political parties in Telangana. Each party is carefully targeting specific castes and communities with an eye on upcoming municipal and local body elections.
The constituency has a voter base of around 3.9 lakh, with several key communities playing a major role. Muslims form the largest group with 1.31 lakh voters, followed by Yadavs (38,721), Kammas (27,104), Madigas (23,232), and Mudirajs (23,254). Other significant groups include Gouds (19,630), Christians (21,000), Reddys (15,488), Munnuru Kapus (11,616), and Malas (11,600), along with a notable presence of Brahmins, Lambadas, Marwaris, Padmashalis, and Vysyas.

To reach these diverse voter groups, parties have deployed community in-charges for focused campaigning. The Congress has appointed Tummala Nageswara Rao, Vivek Venkataswamy, Ponnam Prabhakar, Anil Kumar Yadav, and Mohd Azharuddin to coordinate strategy.
The BRS has also formed a strong panel including Talasani Srinivasa Yadav, Mahmood Ali, KP Vivekanand, Shambirpur Raju, Sabita Indra Reddy, and Gangula Kamalakar to mobilise community support.
In a significant political twist, the AIMIM has chosen not to contest the election and has announced its support for Congress candidate Naveen Yadav, who had earlier contested on an MIM ticket and lost. This alliance could shift the voter sentiment and play a crucial role in the final outcome.
