Jammalamadugu MLA Adinarayana Reddy has said yes to the idea that Nara Lokesh could become the next Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. The discussion has been around for some time.
Leaders from TDP and other alliance parties are pushing for a smooth transition from Chandrababu to Lokesh.
Although CM Chandrababu has not openly approved the shift, signs suggest that Lokesh is being prepared for the role. Party leaders believe the transition will happen when the time is right. This belief is growing stronger within the alliance.
Lokesh is receiving active guidance from his father Chandrababu. He is encouraged to attract global projects, meet world leaders, and engage with national media. He is also focusing on economic growth and welfare goals of the TDP government.
BJP MP Adinarayana Reddy says Lokesh carries strong political pedigree. He observed his grandfather NTR closely. He also grew up watching his father's 40 year political journey and the political careers of his relatives including Balakrishna.
Reddy also highlights that Lokesh's mother and wife are successful businesswomen. Both are well recognised for managing a multi crore business empire. He believes this background strengthens Lokesh's leadership profile.
Reddy further says Pawan Kalyan will support Lokesh becoming the Chief Minister. He adds that the alliance functions like a family. According to him all partners want Lokesh as the next CM of Andhra Pradesh and this is also his parents' wish.
Beyond pedigree Lokesh has shown commitment through Yuva Galam. The programme played a key role in bringing TDP back to power. His experience as the IT & HR Minister of Andhra Pradesh has also strengthened his credentials.
The BJP leader from Jammalamadugu feels these factors make Lokesh the natural successor to CM Chandrababu. He believes Lokesh stands out as the most logical and acceptable choice for the leadership role.
