One of the biggest pending tasks is a special song that has not yet been shot. The director is reportedly searching for actresses to feature in this song. Unlike Rangasthalam, where Pooja Hegde sizzled in the special number Jigelu Rani, this film may include three or four actresses in one song, possibly set in a village backdrop.

Various names like Mrunal Thakur, Ayesha Khan (Dhurandhar fame), Pooja Hegde, Sreeleela, Tamannaah, and others are doing rounds in the industry. However, getting dates from popular actresses has been difficult. Even though the film stars Ram Charan, many busy heroines are not ready to allocate time for a special appearance.

The director is said to be planning the song in the style of classic mass entertainers like Hello Brother, but with a modern touch. While the idea sounds exciting, executing it properly within such a short timeline is a challenge. The team is aiming to finalize all decisions about the song within the next 7-10 days so that shooting can begin immediately.

At the same time, the makers need to prepare for promotions. They are expected to spend at least two weeks promoting the film, which means the final version of the movie must be ready by the third week of April. Any delay could affect the release plan.

There is also pressure on the business side. Overseas advance bookings need to open by early next month to ensure a big start at the box office to recover the massive business deals. Peddi's breakeven target is estimated to be around 425 crores.
